I am overweight and unfit. Climbing up a flight of stairs practically takes my breath away. My belly wobbles when I walk, and I noticed this week that there are plenty of cellulite-looking bumps showing up on my belly. It didn't even look like this post-partum 4 years back! Whining aside, this is the plan: 1. One Fitness Marshall workout (or equivalent) a day. 2. Daily record of my weight, my feel of my fitness and energy levels. 3. Monthly record of my fitness and weight (via professional scan by my colleague (ah, the benefits of working in a health & nutrition-driven company!). I won't be recording what I eat, as I will be too detailed about that and lose the whole plot. So here goes, my preliminary weigh in: - Weight: 74.9kg (my ideal weight is 60kg) FItness level: Non-existent Energy level: Very low Towards fitness & health, or nothing!
